From strength training to stretching and everything in between, our fitness spaces are built to support your goals. Whether you're just starting out or deep into your routine, we've created a welcoming environment with top-notch equipment, flexible workout zones, and the freedom to move your way. We host in-house fitness challenges throughout the year and love sharing workout ideas on our social media for you to try!
Fitness Floor Rules
We want to keep our fitness floor clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Please follow all posted rules and be respectful of others while using the space.

Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.

Lockers are for day use only unless included in your membership.

Do not take photos or videos of others without their permission.

Children under 10 are not permitted on the fitness floor.

Minors ages 10–15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Minors ages 16–17 must complete Minor Orientation to use equipment unsupervised.

Dropping weights is not allowed.

All weights must be re-racked after use.

Please wipe down equipment after each use.

Beverages must be in spill-proof containers.

Use only one piece of equipment at a time.

Cardio equipment use is limited to 30 minutes during peak hours (4:00pm–8:00pm).



FITNESS FLOOR
Our 6,000 square foot fitness floor is where it all starts. It's spacious, well-equipped, and designed for every level of training. You'll find cardio machines, free weights, cable systems, and strength equipment that support a wide range of workout styles.
Our staff is always nearby if you need help or guidance. Whether you're focused on building strength, staying active, or trying something new, this space gives you room to move confidently.
